Stucco repairs

I think agents should do more than just open doors.  Be able to explain the home, from the shingles to the foundation.  To do more than just show where to sign a purchase contract.

Part of job should be helping clients, and a big part of home ownership, is maintenance and repair.  In this short video, I'll show how easy stucco is to repair.

Stucco is:

  1. durable

August Long Weekend

In 1974, the Government of Alberta, acting through Minister of Culture Horst A. Schmid, declared the first Monday in August an annual holiday to recognize and celebrate the varied cultural heritage of Albertans, known as "Heritage Day". This gave rise in 1976 to the Edmonton Heritage Festival, a three-day celebration of food, dance, and handicrafts of cultures from around the world. Heritage Day is not a statutory holiday but is often celebrated as such. TaraKennedy_HeritageDay

Land Titles

Land titles are an integral part of home ownership and a necessity when taking possession of a new home. A Land title protects the owner from anyone trying to claim right to the property.
