Radium Hot Springs

Named for its famous Hot Spring Pools, Radium is a charming mountain side Village in South Eastern British Columbia. While the area surrounding the Springs has long been an important healing location for the Ktunaxa Nation, the first recorded visits to the area occurred in 1841 when members of the Hudson's Bay Company first explored the Columbia Valley. Nowadays Radium is a beautifully scenic and quaint resort-like community hosting a myriad of little shops and restaurants.

Homes, Building Lots

Elk Park Ranch is a 200 acre residential community offering an array of unique lots and housing opportunities. The natural setting is Elk Park's biggest asset which is why roughly 100 acres of the community will be dedicated to green space and remain native! Elk Park Ranch is currently selling lots across 4 completed residential phases. Each phase offers a range of different characteristics, layouts and sizes. The intention is to create a diverse community with a myriad of housing possibilities ranging from smaller duplex homes to large estate sized villas.

Developed in stages, the intent behind phased construction at Elk Park Ranch is to provide a more organic system of growth. The vision for the development is to mirror the laws of nature, where the design is always evolving to reflect the times and where no 2 elements are the same, The developer is committed to letting the market determine which types of lot sizes, densities, and price points are most attractive for each new phase.

Mountain Lifestyle Building Lots

Municipal Infrastructure and Unique Mountain Terrain

The development is located at the northern edge of the Village of Radium town limits. This means that every lot will be supplied with municipal services including water, sewer, and electricity. Located quite literally on the backside of the Kootenay National Park mountain range, Elk Park Ranch promises authentic mountain living. The winding roads and trails throughout the community take you up and down the mountain side offering a truly unique experience rarely seen in the residential development world.
