Radium Hot Springs
Named for its famous Hot Spring Pools, Radium is a charming mountain side Village in South Eastern British Columbia. While the area surrounding the Springs has long been an important healing location for the Ktunaxa Nation, the first recorded visits to the area occurred in 1841 when members of the Hudson's Bay Company first explored the Columbia Valley. Nowadays Radium is a beautifully scenic and quaint resort-like community hosting a myriad of little shops and restaurants.
Elk Park Ranch is a 200 acre residential community offering an array of unique lots and housing opportunities. The natural setting is Elk Park's biggest asset which is why roughly 100 acres of the community will be dedicated to green space and remain native!
